Sanjeev Arcot has over 20 years of experience in building IT companies from scratch. With an educational background in Financial Accounting, over his long career, Sanjeev has demonstrated the ability to understand customer needs and organize, motivate and lead highly effective teams to deliver consistent results. His team members regard him for his integrity, work ethic, and fairness in dealing and have thrived under his leadership and guidance. In his last significant engagement, Sanjeev helped his company build a team of 200 employees and lead the US Staffing business unit with great success.
